These terms apply to every order placed on panelandprime.com. Please read them before you order.
1. About us

2. Independence from vehicle manufacturers
We are an independent supplier of body panels, paint and related products. We are not a dealer for, and are not appointed or approved by, Volkswagen, Ford, Vauxhall, Nissan, Kia, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Range Rover and Mini or any other vehicle manufacturer. Car model names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe which vehicles our parts fit.
3. Your order
When you place an order you receive an email acknowledging it. The contract between us is formed when we email to confirm dispatch, or confirm a workshop booking. We may decline an order if an item is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we cannot confirm the part fits the registration you have given us. If we decline, we refund you in full.
4. Registration and paint code
For panels, painted parts and paint mixed to a colour code, you must give us your registration and paint code with your order. We check the part against the build data for your vehicle, since specification can vary within the same model, for example with parking sensors, washer jets or radar. If you do not give this information, or it is incorrect, you are responsible for making sure the item is right for your vehicle.
5. Fitting and adjustment
Aftermarket panels are made to a close tolerance but can sometimes need minor adjustment of the shut lines on fitting. This is normal and does not mean the panel is faulty. Fitting should be carried out by a competent person, or as a supplied and fitted service at our workshop.
6. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where it applies. If you shop in another currency, the price is converted at the rate shown at checkout. Delivery is charged by weight and shown before you pay. International orders may be subject to import duty and local taxes, which you pay to the courier on delivery.
7. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. The goods are your responsibility once delivered to the address you gave. Painted panels and mixed paint are made to order and take longer to dispatch. Some items, including flammable liquids and aerosols, ship within the UK only, as set out on our Delivery page.
8. Two pack (2K) products
Two pack paints, primers and lacquers contain isocyanates once mixed and must only be sprayed in a proper spray booth with air fed breathing equipment, in line with HSE guidance. They are intended for bodyshop and professional use. See our Two pack paint safety page.
9. Cancellations, returns and faulty goods
Your rights to cancel and return are set out on our Returns and refunds page. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Workshop, fitting and installation services
Supplied and fitted repair packages and delivered and installed equipment are carried out at Unit 1 Main Road, Tydd Gote, Wisbech PE13 5QD, or delivered and installed at your UK address, and are available to UK customers only. You must bring the vehicle at the booked time and tell us about any known faults. If we find further work is needed, we will not carry it out without your agreement.
11. Trade customers
If you buy in the course of a business, the consumer cancellation rights do not apply, and our liability for indirect or consequential loss is excluded to the extent the law allows.
12. Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law.
13. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
