We dispatch from our warehouse in Tydd Gote, near Wisbech, Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 1pm on a working day are normally dispatched the same day. Painted panels are made to your colour code and take 3 to 5 working days to prepare before they are dispatched. Large panels are sent by pallet. Delivery charges are worked out from the total weight of your order, and you see the exact charge at checkout before you pay.

Import duty and local taxes
International orders do not include import duty, local VAT or sales tax. These are set by your own government and are payable to the courier on delivery, sometimes with a handling fee. You are the importer.
Items that ship within the UK only
Flammable liquids and aerosols, including paints, lacquers, thinners, fillers, primers and rust treatment, are restricted goods for transport and can only be sent to UK addresses. Fitted and installed options, where we carry out work at our workshop or install equipment for you, are also UK only. The product page says so where this applies.
Made to order paint and panels
Panels painted to your colour code and paint mixed to a code are made to order once we have checked your registration and paint code against the build data. This is why painted items take a little longer to dispatch than primed panels or parts held in stock.
Damaged or missing items
Please check panels for transit damage as soon as they arrive, before you unpack or attempt to fit them. If there is any damage, write it on the delivery note or tell the driver, and email us photos within 48 hours of delivery. If a tracked parcel has not arrived within a reasonable time, contact us and we will chase it.
